Training services offered by 360-TLC often represent a key milestone in implementation of Training/Learning and Competence systems. As such, the aim is to bring your systems and staff together, as well as developing skills and confidence.
The training and development of those at the sharp end of implementing systems is a key stage of investment and success.
Training is best planned in as part of implementation so that it includes responsibilities, follow up and specific actions for participants to plan their learning around.
